Maa Skandmata is worshipped on Panchami (Day 5). She is the divine mother of Lord Skanda (Kartikeya) and symbolizes nurturing love, protection, and compassion. Devotees worship her for peace at home, strength in parenting, and family harmony.
Special note (Santaan Sukh / Parenthood blessings)
In many traditions, Maa Skandmata is remembered for blessing devotees who seek the grace of parenthood. Spiritually, this is approached as a prayer for divine support and emotional strength. (For medical concerns, devotees are always advised to seek proper healthcare alongside faith and prayer.)
